Arcadia EarthMix-Arid is an organic, multi-purpose substrate perfect for use in arid and scrubland environments. Arcadia EarthMix-Arid is full of ‘Organic Goodness’ and can be thought of as being ‘pre-fed’. This means that custodians can be added in from day one and will start to thrive. If you want to further support your custodians, you can use EarthPro-Custodian Fuel. This all-natural mix includes a volcanic source of minerals and amino acids, which will help create the perfect arid or scrubland environment, maintaining natural levels of humidity below a dry surface. Suitable for desert species – EarthMix-Arid can be used in desert, woodland or arid vivarium’s without any additions being added to the mix. Its fine grade will allow for good Terrascaping and thus naturalistic enclosure design. EarthMix-Arid is a clean, safe to use, mineral-rich Bio-Active ready substrate, safe for all species and free from non-natural particles that could lead to impaction. The correct mix ‘ratios’ between ‘Mineral’ and ‘Organics’ helps to support the vital custodian species used in Bio-Active systems. Suitable for Bearded Dragons, Tortoises, Turtles & Terrapins.
